Step 1: Meet & Greet (15 minutes) - Free & Optional

We'll hop on a quick call to talk about your goals, make sure we're a good fit, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 2: Nutrition Initial Assessment (60 minutes) – $200

This session is both a deep dive and a solid starting point. We’ll explore your health history, symptoms, eating habits and goals so I can understand your full picture. You’ll also receive everything you need to get started with low-carb right away — including how it can help your condition, what counts as a carb, a practical low-carb food list, and meal and snack ideas. It’s a comprehensive and personalized kickoff to your healing journey.

6-Week Low-Carb Reset

Total investment: $1080 (includes $200 Initial Assessment)

A step-by-step program to help you build a strong foundation in low-carb nutrition — so you not only know what to do, but also why you're doing it. When you understand the science behind your plan, it’s easier to stay committed and get long-term results.

  • 6 weekly 1-on-1 sessions (including Initial Assessment)

  • Personalized low-carb guidance & macros

  • Detailed handouts and a structured curriculum

  • Meal planning support, recipes, and nutrition tips

  • Ongoing accountability and troubleshooting

This program is for you if you're motivated and ready to make a change. It will help you start strong and stay consistent.

Flexible Follow-Ups

45-minute session: $170
30-minute session: $115

Meal Planning Session (60 minutes) – $200
Get a personalized set of recipes tailored to your dietary needs, goals, and preferences. You'll also receive access to a meal planning platform where you can build your own plans and see exactly how your macros add up — for each day, meal, and snack.

Chinese Medicine Body Type Assessment (60 minutes) – $200
This session takes a deeper look at your health through the lens of Chinese Medicine. We’ll identify your unique body constitution and you will receive recommendations to support and enhance the effects of your low-carb diet. You’ll learn which foods are most beneficial for your type — and which ones may be holding you back.
