I offer nutrition coaching and acupuncture to address the root causes of your symptoms, so you can feel better now and stay better long-term. My approach is both science-based and rooted in traditional wisdom, shaped by my own healing journey.

Nutrition Coaching

Using Food as Medicine

When I discovered low-carb nutrition, it changed my life. Symptoms I thought I’d always live with — eczema, IBS, joint pain — improved dramatically.

Now, I help others experience the same transformation through 1-on-1 coaching, both virtual and in-person.

Here’s how I can support you:

I specialize in low-carb healing diets — keto, carnivore, paleo, SCD, GAPS, AIP — and help you discover what’s right for your body. If needed, I also bring in insights from Chinese medicine to understand your constitution and support deeper healing.

Acupuncture

Supporting the Healing Process

Nutrition is the foundation for lasting health changes, while acupuncture can be a powerful ally. It helps your body do its job better. For example, acupuncture can strengthen digestive function and improve symptoms like bloating, reflux or constipation. This can help you tolerate a wider variety of foods, so that you can better fuel your body with good nutrition.

Acupuncture also excels at regulating the nervous system, taking you out of “fight-or-flight” and into “rest-and-digest,” the state where healing happens.

To maximize results, I may incorporate:

  • Cupping

  • Gua Sha

  • Electro-stimulation

  • Moxibustion

  • Bloodletting

  • Tuning forks — great for those sensitive to needles or for children
